Overview

Healthwatch Bucks

Healthwatch Bucks wants to hear the experiences of people receiving a direct payment from Buckinghamshire Council. We also need their views on the direct payment policy.

Buckinghamshire Council is currently co-producing a new Direct Payment policy document with a variety of external partners and would also like residents to be involved in the process. It wants to simplify the wording of this policy document to make it accessible to everyone. Information about your experiences is important and will help shape this. We this running a survey on behalf of the Council.

To take part in the survey, please click on the link at the bottom of this page.

Healthwatch Bucks is the county’s independent health and social care champion. We exist to ensure that people are at the heart of care. Teams of staff and volunteers listen to what people like about local health and social care services, and what could be improved. These views are then shared with the decision-making organisations, so together a real difference can be made.

What happens next?

We will write a report summarising the results. This will be shared with Buckinghamshire Council. A summary report will be published on our website. The results will be anonymised, and individual responses will not be shared.

This survey does not collect any data that can be used to identify you. Please do not include any personal information like names or detailed health notes in the free-text responses.Lastly, If you would like us to send you a paper copy of the survey please leave a message for us on 01844 348839, we will ring you back and take your answers over the phone.
