Adult Learning Awards 2022 - Tutor Nomination Form

Does your Tutor, Learning Support Assistant, Volunteer or Assessor inspire and motivate you through their support, dedication and infectious enthusiasm for their subject? If so, please nominate them for an Adult Learning Award in 2022.

We are hoping to hold an in-person awards ceremony in June 2022.

• There is no limit to the number of nominations that one nominator can make.
• Nominations for individuals that have been nominated in previous years will be accepted.

Nominations are sent to a selection panel of judges. Nominations will be short-listed and winners will be selected by the panel, who assess each entry based only on the information provided on the nomination form. The deadline for entries is Friday 13 May 2022.
