We want to hear your views and experiences with food waste to help shape how we can reduce, and recycle more, food waste in Buckinghamshire.
Buckinghamshire homes produce at least 30,000 tonnes of food waste every year, enough to fill 250,000 wheelie bins. A staggering two thirds of that food waste was edible.
With so much food waste produced, we want to understand:
Wasting food has big impacts, it:
With such big impacts and the opportunities to do more locally, we want your views on food waste to help us understand how, why and what is wasted.
Taking part in this short survey will help us deliver campaigns to local people and look at our own services to really make a difference and combat food waste.
You can tell us your views by completing the online survey using the link at the end of the page.
You can enter in a prize draw to win a £250 food shopping voucher at the end of the survey.
If you have any questions about this activity, please email us at waste_strategy@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
