Overview

Buckinghamshire Council logo

We would like you to fill in this short survey to tell us what you are planning to do after year 11. You can choose whether to complete the survey or not, but we will already have a record of your name, address and date of birth from the school census. Your answers help us to support young people to continue learning until the age of 18. We have a legal responsibility to do this.

You will be able to ask us for support if you do not have a place to learn next year, or if your offer falls through.  We may get in touch with you in the autumn to check if you took up your place.  We may employ a contractor to do this for us.  We share information with our contractors in a secure way and process it under Data Protection law.  We will not need to do this if your future school or college tell us you have enrolled with them.

What happens next

This survey is now closed.  Don't worry if you didn't complete it.  Please fill in our new survey to tell us about your current situation instead: Surveys for 16 to 18 year olds | Family Information Service. If you are not in education, training or employment and would like some help with your future plans there’s lots of helpful information on our website at Post-16 education and training | Family Information Service . If you have any questions about this survey or about information on the website, please email familyinfo@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or call 01296 383293.
