We would like you to fill in this short survey to tell us if you are in education, training or employment and about your plans. You can choose whether to complete the survey or not, but we can focus our support better if you take a moment to fill it in. Your answers help us to support young people to continue learning until the age of 18.  We have a legal responsibility to do this.

We will store your information and keep it secure. The law says we must share some information with the Department for Education.
