We would like to thank everyone who has been involved so far with the Aylesbury Gardenway.

Over 300 people attended our online community conversations, workshops and feedback sessions. We also received hundreds of posts on our interactive ’put a pin in it’ map. The design team has gathered these views, opinions, thoughts and ideas to help develop the route designs and exhibition.

For all updates on progress with the Aylesbury Gardenway and how to get involved, please visit the Aylesbury Gardenway website.

Aylesbury Garden Town logo

The Gardenway is an exciting new project happening in Aylesbury that will create an 18-kilometre orbital park circling the town. This accessible walking, cycling and wheeling route will connect people with local green spaces, nature and facilities in and around the town. The route will offer opportunities to be active and get outdoors for green travel, leisure activities or to access shops and other local facilities.

We would like to invite local residents, businesses and visitors to get involved in the design process. Your local knowledge, experience and views will be invaluable in creating the route’s look and feel.

How to get involved

  • We’ll be holding online community conversations, design sessions and online exhibitions starting in December. Explore the activities and events by viewing the Gardenway timeline
  • There’s an interactive map where you can tell us what you think about your neighbourhood and how the Gardenway could make it better. All ideas, big and small, are welcome – why don’t you put a pin in it?
  • To keep up to date with Gardenway news and receive event invitations, please complete the online registration form
