6. Proposed reduction of the conservation area: minor boundary adjustment
The boundary of the conservation area currently crosses the rear gardens of two properties on Stokes Croft that are not themselves within the conservation area. It is proposed to make a minor adjustment to the boundary so that the gardens of these properties are entirely outside of the conservation area.
