We want your views on the draft Aylesbury Vale Area Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document.

Supplementary planning documents provide guidance on policies in the adopted local plans in Buckinghamshire and should be read in conjunction with the local plan to which they relate.

They are a material consideration when determining planning applications.

Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document

This document provides planning guidance on how affordable housing policy should be applied to proposals for residential development within the Aylesbury Vale area.

Events to find out more

We are hosting two public drop-in sessions for you to find out more about the proposals. The drop-in sessions will be held on:

• Monday 26 September 2022, from 9am to 2pm
• Tuesday 27 September 2022, from 3pm to 9pm

Both sessions will be held at Stoke Mandeville Stadium (Guttmann Centre), Guttmann Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP21 9PP.
