We are proposing to introduce some waiting restrictions on Putlowes Drive and from the A41 / Putlowes Drive junction to the Waddesdon Greenway accesses.

In this consultation we invite you to consider and comment on the proposals.

The waiting restrictions are being introduced to encourage compliance with the Highway Code Rule 242 and 243 to create a safer environment for pedestrians and road users; and to facilitate passage and accessibility.

Additional information

The work will involve installing no waiting at any time restrictions on the following roads:

  • A41 Putlowes Road junction to Waddesdon Greenway accesses (Appendix A)
  • Putlowes Drive (Appendix B)

In addition, we are also installing ‘Restricted Parking Zone’ signs at the A41 / Putlowes junction to advertise the start of the no waiting restrictions beyond that point.

What happens next

We may provide your comments to anyone who wishes to see consultation responses. In that event, we will remove any personal information you provide.

We will consider all the responses and prepare a report. The Council’s Cabinet Member for Transportation will review the report and make a decision about the proposal. If you have provided your email address or other contact details, we will contact you about the decision once it has been made.
