Overview

The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No 011) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council have made an Order on 6 September 2023 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to:

  • Introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on Rogers Lane, Duffield Lane, Hollybush Hill, Sefton Paddock, West End Lane and Broom Hill, Stoke Poges and a number of unrestricted parking bays along Rogers Lane

A copy of the made Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at “Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom”. Further details are also available below.

An implementation date has not yet been determined, but it is likely that the installation of the lines will be before the end of the 2023/2024 financial year.

Notice of Making

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 6th September 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
