The Buckinghamshire Council (Speed Limit) Order 2021 (Amendment No 002) Order 2022

Overview

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18 March 2022 Buckinghamshire Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”), in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) as amended and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the Act of 2004”) as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, proposes to make the above titled Orders.

The effect of the order is to amend various speed restrictions by imposing a 50 miles per hour speed limit on A355 Amersham Road between Gore Hill and Whipass Hill.

Objections and other representations to the proposals set out above must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the address below within six weeks from the date of publication of this Notice.
