Overview

Transport for Buckinghamshire logo

Transport for Buckinghamshire has been commissioned to address safety concerns on Stablebridge Road from its Junction with London Road to Wellonhead Bridge.

After careful consideration of possible solutions by Aston Clinton Parish Council, they have proposed for a speed limit reduction from 40MPH to 30MPH on the section of Stablebridge Road:

  • From its junction with London Road southwards to a point approximately 80 metres south of Wellonhead Bridge, for a distance of approximately 401 metres in a southerly direction

The location of the proposed speed limit reduction is shown in the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) plan (PDF 0.42MB).

This has been developed to assist with the safety concerns and we are now undertaking the statutory consultation on the proposal.
