Buckingham Town Centre Public Spaces Protection Order

The PSPO addresses the consumption of alcohol and anti-social behaviour associated with the consumption of alcohol, taking place in the public place.

The PSPO restricts any person from consuming alcohol or being in possession of an open container of alcohol within the area of the PSPO at all times.

For full details and conditions of the Order, please see the Buckingham Town Centre PSPO document (PDF 1.16MB).

We are proposing to extend this PSPO for a further three years to prevent:

  • Occurrence or re-occurrence of the activities identified in the Order, or
  • An increase in the frequency or seriousness of the activities identified in the Order
