We want to hear your views on our Council Access Points – locations where you can get information, advice and support by visiting us in person.

We understand the last few years have looked very different to what we have been used to, especially when it comes physically meeting people and starting to get back to visiting shops and places we used to go regularly.

When Buckinghamshire Council launched on 1 April 2020, we also launched a number of local Council Access Points across Buckinghamshire, offering an in person service.

While we had to close some provisions in-line with coronavirus restrictions and lockdowns, we have always offered a face-to-face service should someone need us in our council offices.

What are Council Access Points?

More Information

Council Access Points (CAP) are Customer Service locations where you can access computers and telephones or speak to a Customer Service team member in person, who will help you with your enquiry.

You can get information, advice and support by visiting us in person at one of our Council Access Points.

Council Access Points are located across Buckinghamshire, some in council offices and some in libraries / local parish council buildings:

We are interested in understanding if our face-to-face customer service provisions and offerings are services that people value, want and need and how we can improve these services for our customers.

We’d love to hear from those accessing council services in Buckinghamshire, your opinion matters to us whether you have used our Council Access Points or not.

The survey should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete and if you’d like to be included in a prize draw to win a £10 Amazon voucher, please leave your email address at the end of the survey.
