Overview

Notice is hereby given that on the 20th August 2021,

Buckinghamshire Council made the Traffic regulation Order titled “The Buckinghamshire Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No 1) Order 2021” under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 4th September 2021, is to amend various items in:

  • Schedule 1, covering the terms and conditions of use for car parks owned or managed by the Council.
  • Schedule 2, detailing the site location maps for the car parks.

What Happens Next

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the 1984 Act, or of any instrument made under the 1984 Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from 20th August 2021 apply for the purpose to the High Court.
