Chesham Town Centre Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) - Second Consultation
Overview

Overview
Following our first consultation between October 2024 and April 2025, we are launching our second consultation in line with the completion of all of the associated signing and road markings within Chesham Town Centre.
We are introducing or amending restrictions to allow non-goods vehicles to access the pedestrian zones to make deliveries and collections during certain hours of the day.
We are seeking your views on these amendments before we consider whether the arrangements should be made permanent.
You have three weeks from the start of this consultation to voice any further comments you may have. An Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) can remain in operation for a period of up to 18 months.
If you submitted a response during the last consultation period (18 oct 2024 to 18 Apr 2025), you do not need to respond again. We are retaining all previous responses and will review feedback from both consultation periods before making a decision.
