The Buckinghamshire Council (Speed Limit) Order 2021 (Amendment No 005) Order 2022
Overview
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th September 2022 Buckinghamshire Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”), in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) as amended and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the Act of 2004”) as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, proposes to make the following Order.
- The Buckinghamshire Council (Speed Limit) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 004) Order 2022.
The effect of the order is to amend the speed restriction by imposing a 40 miles per hour speed limit on parts of the Tingewick Road and Buckingham Ring Road.
A copy of the Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at “Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA”.
