Notice is hereby given that on 18th September 2024, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of the powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and having regard to Section 32, 35 and 122 of the Act and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following orders:-

Notice of Making
If you wish to question the validity of these Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 18th September 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
