Thank you  to everyone who took an interest in the recent Amersham, Old Amersham, Chesham Bois and Penn parking review.

There were a total of 368 responses via YourVoiceBucks, email and letter which were all taken into consideration before a decision was made. We have now completed the legal process and we plan to put up the parking signs and put down the lines over the coming weeks.

Please see attached the formal letter outlining the final decisions which were made and the reason for these decisions. You will also be able to find a copy of the final decision report, the finalised legal maps, details of permit entitlement, the notice of making and a copy of the Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO).

This is the final, statutory consultation phase of the Amersham Parking Review 2020. This review covers Amersham, Chesham Bois and Penn. It is your final opportunity to comment on the proposals before they become legal parking controls.

The proposals have been through informal consultation with local residents, businesses, schools and other interested parties.

We have taken on board the feedback we received and amended the proposals throughout the review. The aim has been to find the best solution possible to local parking issues.

Full details of the parking review are available on the Amersham Parking Review 2020 webpage.
